H&A Mobile Auto Glass is seeking skilled and motivated Auto Glass Installers to join our team in Atlanta and the surrounding metro area. As a leading provider of mobile auto glass services, we’re looking for dedicated professionals to help us maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

As an Auto Glass Installer at H&A Mobile Auto Glass, you will be responsible for replacing and repairing windshields, side windows, and other auto glass components for various vehicle makes and models. You’ll work independently in the field, traveling to customer locations to provide on-site services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and complete 4-6 work orders daily through our mobile app
2. Travel to various locations throughout Atlanta and the metro area
3. Perform high-quality auto glass installations and repairs
4. Use specialized tools and equipment, including fiber optic cables
5. Maintain a clean and organized mobile work environment
6. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital work order systems
3. Familiarity with using fiber optic cables and other specialized tools
4. Ability to lift and handle heavy glass panels safely
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills
7. Professional appearance and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in mobile auto glass repair and installation
2. Certification from a recognized auto glass association
3. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration
